Cornish Breakfast


When does an English breakfast become a Cornish breakfast? The Cornish version of a full English breakfast will include hogs pudding as well as sausages, bacon, egg and hash browns. 


Hog's Pudding. Hogs pudding is the Cornish version of a savoury sausage with pork, suet, breadcrumbs and spices and herbs.
