Sennen Land's End Cornwall

Sennen Cove

Sennen Cove is in the far west of Cornwall. It has a large, pale sandy beach which is ideal for learning to surf or simply paddle or walk your dog. It is about 3 miles from Land's End and, on a clear day, you can see the Isles of Scilly. 

What is this beach like?

Sennon Cove has a long, wide expanse of pale sand which is siutable for family beach days. The sand is great for building sand castles. It is an excellent beach for surfing, from beginners to more experienced. It is  seasonaly lifeguarded. 

Amenties and access

There are several car parks, charges apply, in Sennen Cove. There is also a pub, gallery, shops and cafes, There is public toilets near the beach and in the car parks in the cove, but not the seasonal car park at the top of the hill, which is ANPR monitored. 


There is a concrete, sloped pathway to the beach near the Old Success Inn. 


There are seasonal dog restrictions.
