
Fowey
Fowey is located on the River Fowery on the south coast of Cornwall. It is a wealthy town that attracts many visitors. Ferries to Bodinnick and Polruan run regularly. There are many pubs and cafes with aspirational shops in the main street. Nearby Readymoney Cove offers a small, compact beach at the mouth of the river.

Town Quay offers a variety of restaurants and cafes. It also has plenty of benches to eat a pasty or sit and enjoy the view.

Readymoney Cove is a small beach in Fowey and offer safe swimming with a pontoon in summer months. There is a small beach shop offering take away drinks, ice cream and souvenirs.
Things to Do
Situated on the River Fowey, the water plays a huge part in the town's life.
There are day trips from the quay to various detinations including, Polruan and Mevagissey.

There is a passenger ferry to Polruan.
The South West Coast Path takes you to Polridmouth Cove and Gribben daymarker.

...would start with a browse through the shops in the main street followed by the ferry to Bodinnick to follow the Fowey Hall Walk to Pont Pill and on to Polruan. After a quick pint in the pub, taking the passenger ferry back to Fowey for an evening meal.
