Port Isaac
Port Isaac is a fishing village on the north coast of Cornwall. It is famous as the fictional village of Port Wenn in Doc Martin and used in the Fishermen's Friends movies. It is a busy tourist destination in summer when visitors come to experience the real life 'Port Wenn'.

The village has a limited number of restaurants and cafes and booking a table is essential in the peak season. Celebrity chef, Nathan Outlaw, has two venues in the village.

Beaches
Port Isaac harbour is a rocky beach. The neighbouring cove, Port Gaverne offers a better beach with sheltered access to the sea.
Things to Do
Port Isaac's attraction is being the living film set of Doc Martin and Fishermen's Friends. It is a stunningly beautiful cove, with a sheltered harbour.
The South West Coast Path passes through the cove and will lead you to Port Quin in the west and Tintagel to the east.
Our Perfect Day...
...would start with a stroll to the harbour, picking up the South West Coast Path to Port Quin returning via fields and finishing with a meal in the harbour side pub.
