Hallaine Beach

Between Pentewan and Porthpean on the south caost of Cornwall is a secluded cove with a charming waterfall. Slightly remote and difficult to park nearby, it is almost guaranteed to be empty most of the year. There is a bench at the entrance to the beach but no other amenities.

The day we discovered this cove...

... we were completing a 5 mile circular walk along the South West Coast Path from Pentewan. This part of the coast path is one of the tougher sections and we were so pleased to see the bench at the entrance to the beach.
